If your client's carers do not have an email address, you can still create a profile for them in the PRO app. To do this, you can use a "dummy" email address following this template: 'noemail+InsertName@mydementiacompanion.com.au'. For example:

If the client's name is Bob Smith, you can use 'noemail+BobSmith@mydementiacompanion.com.au'.

If you would like to include carer Alice, you can use 'noemail+BobSmithAliceSmith@mydementiacompanion.com.au'.
This way, you can track their journey and record your action such as “Mark Done” after printing or talking them through it (e.g. home visit or phone).
Please note:

the "Share" feature will not be available for these email addresses since they are not real

If the carers create their own email later, please contact us to update their email address.
