If your client's carers do not have an email address, you can still create a profile for them in the PRO app. To do this, you can use a "dummy" email address following this template: 'noemail+InsertName@mydementiacompanion.com.au'. For example:

• If the client's name is Bob Smith, you can use 'noemail+BobSmith@mydementiacompanion.com.au'.

• If you would like to include carer Alice, you can use 'noemail+BobSmithAliceSmith@mydementiacompanion.com.au'.

This way, you can track their journey and record your action such as “Mark Done” after printing or talking them through it (e.g. home visit or phone).

• the "Share" feature will not be available for these email addresses since they are not real

• If the carers create their own email later, please contact us to update their email address.
