As the challenges of dementia care persist, particularly due to its complex nature, Deb will walk side by side with our aged care and disability customers, guiding the seamless integration of My Dementia Companion into their workflow. This means unparalleled support for their workforce, clients, and family carers.
Given Deb's extensive General Manager experiences in aged care, we expect our users are able to deliver best practice dementia care sooner and easier, their clients and carers impacted by dementia can live well and more independently for longer.

Hey there, I’m Deb, a passionate advocate for helping people age well and enjoy life to the fullest. I have a background in mining, recruitment and home care. I’ve been lucky to have an amazing journey. I’m a home care tragic with over 20 years dedicating myself to enhancing the lives of older Australians and enabling the incredible staff in the homes that support them. My love for cooking, music and family adds a touch of joy and fun to my approach in providing compassionate care.
Driven by the desire to create positive experiences for others, I’ve not only cared for my loved ones but have also empowered my community through Home Care Society. Through my expertise in home care and people, I aim to make people feel important and their homes safe and more comfortable. My commitment to quality care and meaningful connections has been a cornerstone of my journey.
I’m passionate that people living with dementia are not defined by their disease/syndrome. My Dementia Companion gave me the opportunity to support every home and family in a completely different way. Just like I’d like my family looked after, isn’t that what we all want?
As I continue to grow Home Care Society and My Dementia Companion, my goal remains clear: to touch more lives, bring smiles, and enable families to cherish moments together. Beyond my work, I love spending time with my family, renovating homes and embarking on exciting holiday adventures.
