Activating your PRO plan
It is very easy to active your My Dementia Companion PRO plan. You can activate:
If you are on a Corporate Plan, you don't need to worry about this as your organisation will manage your access.
Activating BEFORE trial expiry
Before expiry
To activate your subscription before you trial expiry, you can:

Log in, click on “More” then “Settings”, then “Manage your plan” in the middle column (picture below), and then the "click here" link

A new window will open, then you can enter your “Billing & Shipping Address” for tax purposes, and then enter your “Payment Method”, (add any Coupons/ Discounts by clicking on the drop-down)
The default payment method is credit card. If you would prefer another method, please contact us via the "Question?" button or chat icon within the PRO tool, or by clicking here.
Activating ON or AFTER trial expiry
After expiry
If you sign in on or after your trial expiry, you will land on an "Activate your plan" screen. Here you can:

Pick a plan e.g. Monthly or Yearly, including Coupons/ Discounts

A new window will open, then you can follow the prompts to enter your billing details and payment methods

Then close the payment window to return to the PRO app screen (step 1 above). It should automatically enter you back into the app's "Saved" tab. If not, please refresh this browser.
