Managing your plan

It is very easy to active your My Dementia Companion CARER or PRO plan.

 

If you have activated your plan via Apple App Store or Google Play, you can:

  • view Apple App Store instructions here

  • Goolge Play insturctions here.

If you have activated your plan via desktop or web browser, you can view instructions below on:

Note: You can also add vouchers and discount codes, such as those provided by your aged care provider.

Manage plan BEFORE trial or plan expiry

Before expiry

If your plan is funded under Home Care Packages, Carer Gateway, NDIS or any other government funding options, please contact us to manage your plan.

If you are paying privately, you can:

  1. Log in, then click on “More” then “Settings”, then “Manage your plan” in the middle column (picture below), and then the "click here" link
     

  2. A new window will open, then you can enter your “Billing & Shipping Address” for tax purposes, and then enter your “Payment Method” (add any Coupons/ Discounts by clicking on the Subscription drop-down) to activate your account, or cancel your account.

The default payment method is credit card. If you would prefer another method, please contact us via the "Question?" button or chat icon within the tool, or by clicking here.

Activating ON or AFTER trial expiry

After expiry

If you wish to fund your plan under Home Care Packages, Carer Gateway, NDIS or any other government funding options, please contact us first.

 

If you wish to pay privately. Here you can:

 

  1. Log into your account, you will land on an "Activate your plan" screen.
     

  2. Pick a plan e.g. Monthly or Yearly, including any coupons/ discounts
     

  3. A new window will open, then you can follow the prompts to enter your billing details and payment methods. Then close the payment window to return to the tool (step 1 above). If this does not automatically happen, please refresh this browser.

The default payment method is credit card. If you would prefer another method, please contact us via the "Question?" button or chat icon within the tool, or by clicking here.
