SSO for Microsoft and Google
We understand that passwords can be a hassle, but they are a necessary part of signing into our PRO and CARER apps to plan and record the dementia journey.
That's why we're excited to introduce a new solution for our users with Microsoft and Google accounts: Single Sign-On (SSO). With SSO, you can sign in instantly using your:
Hotmail, Outlook, Live, or Microsoft 365 accounts
Gmail, or Google business accounts.
No additional password required!
To use this feature, please click on “Continue with Microsoft” or "Continue with Google" on the Registration screen. Note, you can still use your password to log in, if you prefer.

In addition to SSO, we've made several significant updates to both the PRO and CARER apps based on customer feedback:

Improve accessibility for all devices, such as font, colour etc.
