Join a world-first tech startup to reinvent dementia care and advance outcomes
Why
Dementia is Australia’s second leading cause of death and impacts 1 in 10 Australians, who are either living with dementia or care for someone who is. Despite strong recommendations from the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety, and numerous research findings highlighting the gaps in quality dementia care, professionals are unable to deliver the care our partners, parents, grandparents, uncles, aunties and friends need.
This is because they simply don’t have the time nor the ability to navigate their clients through the complex dementia journey in an equally complex care system.
What we do?
We are the world’s smart first digital dementia guide that enables professionals to deliver best practice care easier and with confidence, whilst saving them time, reducing stress and reducing risk (learn more here).
As a social enterprise and passion project, we work towards ensuring all people impacted by dementia are supported and are able to live well with dementia.
We also play a pivotal role in bringing innovation to a sector that has lagged behind. As a result, we have won numerous grants with wide industry recognition (learn more here).
