For audits, you will be required show evidence of all your personalise and quality support, including evidence-based and contemporary strategies and referrals.

How to manage audits and SIRS with PRO?

As you Share or Mark Done to support your clients and their carers, the PRO records your amazing work as evidence for audits!


You can see this by:

  1. Selecting the client and carer in the "Home" tab, and then see the number of Sections "Shared" or "Marked Done".

    Or

     

  2. You can go to the 'Client & Carer' tab, then click on the clock icon at the top right to see that client and carer's full history.
     

This also helps you track their journey progress and plan ahead!
